Follow-up sessions are intended for established clients. You may schedule your sessions to be purchased individually at the time of service ($150/session) or by redeeming discounted packages. In your session, we will: Discuss updates on your progress & celebrate successes Identify any current challenges & your intended changes Conduct Hypnosis customized to your unique needs Note: Providing payment at the time of scheduling is optional. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

Initial Hypnotherapy Session

This Initial Hypnotherapy Session is designed for New Clients as it includes Consultation and Hypnotherapy. All sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Some examples of common uses for Hypnotherapy include: Weight Management Relieve Anxiety Freedom from Depression Sleep Well Physical Healing & Pain Reduction Stress-Less Increase Motivation & Success Confidence Boosting Eliminate Bad Habits Heal from Trauma Heartbreak & Relationship Recovery Age Regression Past Life Regression In your session, we will work together to: Create a crystal clear vision of your ultimate goal & picture what life will be like as a success Review any previous attempts to resolve the issue Discern what you think is stopping you from being the success you want to be Receive recommendations to get from point A to Z Discuss Hypnotherapy in depth; including what to expect, what it will feel like, etc. Answer your questions Receive customized Hypnosis that is unique to your goals and individual needs Note: Providing payment at the time of scheduling is optional.
